Each color grows into a shape on the canvas.
Through this process I learn more about myself as I connect piecing together colors like melting the jiu jitsu moves into a flow.
I have always been a slow learner. Like the tortoise I will travel my own pace.
One of the greatest things I love to repay to myself is “you do not have to do anything you do not want to do.” We choose our actions, reactions, outlets, indulgences, routines, challenges, victories, and more.
